Der rund 5 km lange Spaziergang über den Mönchsberg, dem bedeutendsten Stadtberg in Salzburg und durch die Innenstadt ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein sehr empfehlenswertes Erlebnis. Neben den schönen Aussichtspunkten hast du die Möglichkeit gleich wenige Meter neben der Salzburger Innenstadt eine wunderbare Naturlandschaft kennenzulernen. Der Mönchsberg ist als Plateauberg mit seinem Wechsel von Wald und Wiesen und den vielen Aussichtsplätzen als Erholungsraum sehr beliebt.
