Die Sonnenloipe 1 in Bad Aussee ist 2,3 Kilometer lang und mit nur 18 Höhenmetern eine sehr leichte Langlaufloipe. Gespurt ist sie sowohl für Classic als auch fürs Skaten. Da entlang der Sonnenloipe keine Straße zu überqueren ist, braucht man auf der Sonnenloipe 1 seine Langlaufskier nicht abschnallen.
